AWe are a company production and trade into an organic whole. My company’s headquarter is in Taiwan,called “Taiwan Jiulin Electronic Co., Ltd.”. “Ningbo Jiulin Electronic Co., Ltd.” was founded in March 1996, the company covers area of 18000 square meters. Company has service and experience about the international sales, and we determined to provide every customer the best quality and the excellent service.
QWhat's the advantage of your factory compared to other manufacturing enterprises in China? Do you have a perfect mastery of product quality?

AOur company was build at 1996, until now, we have 21 years experience about production, all products passed the ISO:9001 and TS-16949 which is the professional automobile plant quality certification. Most our customers are from Southeast Asia region, American, and so on. We have cooperation with Suzuki for many years.
QHow long is the production period and delivery date?

ACurrently, we have more than 8 automated machines. Those are all made by our engineering department. Company’s workers from 200 reduce to only have 40 people, but our daily output can reach more than 8000 pcs, and the quality had a high improvement than handwork. Moreover, the reason why we invest to making automated machine by ourselves was we wanna had high efficiency. If the machine have some problems, production will not be stopped, our engineer will fix them as soon as possible, because they knew their machine.
Q How is after-sales service?

AWe expect our customers to become long-term partners, based on the premise, we not only provide the best technical support, but also give our customers the most outstanding, the highest quality after-sales service. We promise that we will provide the same samples as the confirmation samples, and if there is quality difference with the confirmation, we will solve the problem for the customer or 100% compensation for the loss of the customer.

AWe respect all customers and keep all customer information confidential. We will strictly limit the scope of information provided to third parties, to ensure that each customer's information is absolutely confidential and safe.
QWhat's abt. the payment terms?

AOur payment terms is T/T in advance (30% deposit) or L/C at sight. However, after long time cooperation, and stable economy, we can have discuss the percentage of deposit, even can be zero.
